For customized or personalized products, production may begin after confirmation and required advance payment. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If we cancel or are unable to fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you using the information provided with your order and, where applicable, process an appropriate refund.

All product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
