1. Company Overview
Yotzer specializes in handcrafted wooden engravings, wooden handicrafts, customized creations, tote bags, and textiles. Each product is uniquely made with care, and variations are part of the handmade nature of our work.
2. Products & Customization
All products are handcrafted; slight variations in size, color, and finish are natural and not considered defects. Customized products are made based on customer requests. Once confirmed, designs cannot be altered or canceled. Yotzer reserves the right to reject any customization request deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment as specified at checkout or agreed with the company. For customized products, 100% advance payment may be required before production begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Deliveries & Shipping
We deliver World wide. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to logistics, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Yotzer is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance, or environmental conditions.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation; after this period, cancellations are not accepted.  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.
6. Product Safety & Use
Some(depending on the wood type selected) Wooden products should be kept away from water, direct heat, or excessive sunlight to maintain quality. Our products are for decorative and utility purposes. Yotzer is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery. Customers must handle engravings and handcrafted items with care as they may be delicate.
7. Company Liability
Yotzer is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. The company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We do not provide compensation for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Health & Safety Policy
Our products are made with safe, quality-assured materials.We ensure compliance with industry safety standards to protect our artisans, staff, and customers. Yotzer does not use harmful chemicals in the production of wooden engravings, textiles, or tote bags.
9. Privacy Policy
Customer details (name, address, contact information) will be kept confidential and used only for order processing and delivery.We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except for courier and logistics partners.
